Also known as Perforated Sheet, Perforated Metal Mesh is a premium metal material produced by punching a variety of regular and irregular holes on metal panels via high-precision stamping equipment. Balancing robust structural strength and versatile performance, it suits a broad range of industrial applications. Meanwhile, full customization is available in specifications, raw materials, colors and surface finishes to perfectly adapt to diverse working and environmental conditions.

Adopting integral one-piece stamping technology, the evenly distributed openings will not compromise the overall structure of the metal sheet. II. Core Technical Specifications

Panel Size

Sheet thickness: 0.3mm to 12mm (common range: 0.5mm–5mm); width: 300mm–1500mm; length: 1000mm–6000mm. Custom cutting and special dimensional processing are available upon request.

Hole & Pitch Specifications

Hole diameter: 0.5mm–100mm (conventional size: 1mm–20mm); center hole pitch: 1mm–150mm. Hole density is customizable, with three mainstream arrangement modes: straight row, widely used staggered row, and diagonal row.

Hole Shapes

Regular options include round, square, rectangular, slotted and hexagonal holes; customized decorative shapes cover diamond, plum blossom, five-pointed star and special irregular holes. Round holes remain the most popular option with the widest compatibility.

Open Area Ratio

Adjustable from 5% to 60% based on needs. The open area directly determines ventilation, daylighting and filtration efficiency. A higher open area offers better air permeability and light transmission, while a lower ratio ensures stronger structural stability.

Dimensional Tolerance

Sheet thickness tolerance: ±0.05mm to ±0.2mm; hole diameter tolerance: ±0.03mm to ±0.1mm; overall dimension tolerance: ±1mm to ±3mm. Tolerance accuracy can be upgraded for high-precision projects.

III. Material Selection

Multiple material options are available according to on-site corrosion, temperature and load-bearing requirements:

Stainless Steel (Most Widely Used):304, 316 and 316L grades. Excellent in corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and rust prevention, ideal for outdoor, humid, acid and alkali environments such as chemical, marine and food processing industries.
Carbon Steel (Mild Steel):Q235 grade. Cost-effective with high mechanical strength, suitable for indoor dry areas and non-load-bearing occasions. Surface treatment can be added to enhance its anti-corrosion capability.
